The Bishop has extended faculties to pastors/administrators to celebrate Confirmation at their own parishes until June 30, 2021. As a result of this, our Confirmation Masses will be celebrated on June 19, 20, 26, and 27.

Confirmation Registration Form
Candidate's full formal name, age at the time of Confirmation (assume November 2020), church of baptism with mailing address, date of baptism, family mailing address, legal father and mother's full names with mother's maiden name, parent refelction (What is your hope or vision for your child after s/he receives Confirmation?), Confirmation Saint Name, and Sponsor name.

Sponsor's first and last name, email, phone, and parish; Candidate's first and last name, family's email, and parish.
Adaptations for Candidates with Special Needs
Confirmation may be celebrated privately in the Grotto Chapel or in the main church immediately before the large group celebration. We can also arrange special seating during the large group Mass.
Teen Confirmation
If you have an older child whom you would like to be confirmed, contact Jason Gawaldo at jgawaldo@sts-jp.org or (724) 935-2104 x228 and we will design a preparation program to meet your needs.
Adult Confirmation
If you are an adult who is looking to be received into the Catholic Church and to be confirmed, contact Karen Walker at kwalker@sts-jp.org or (724) 935-2104 x223 to learn more about the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults program.
Eligible Candidates have completed 7th and 8th grade Faith Formation, including Catholic Vision of Love. If you have not completed these, you will need to meet with a Staff Member to discuss an appropriate type of formation plan prior to Confirmation.
